Folder는 실험적이고 비판적이며 담론적인 작업에 참여하는 그래픽 디자이너와 관련 실무자들을 한자리에 모읍니다. 이 행사는 의도적으로 비공식적이지만 집중적인 성격을 지닙니다. 각 참가자는 자신의 컴퓨터에서 하나의 폴더를 열고 그 안의 내용을 공유하며 다른 이들과 대화를 나눕니다. Folder는 학계나 미술계를 벗어난 곳에서, 비판적이고 실험적인 대화의 기회가 부족한 현실 속에 이러한 교류의 장을 마련하기 위해 만들어졌습니다. 각 모임은 작업과 아이디어의 공유를 중심으로 이루어지며, 음식과 음료가 더해져 대화와 공동체가 뿌리내릴 수 있는 분위기를 형성합니다. 행사는 주로 서울과 도쿄에서, 규칙적이지는 않지만 꾸준한 리듬으로 열릴 예정입니다. 앞으로 소식을 따라와 주세요!

Folder brings together graphic designers and related practitioners engaged in experimental, critical, and discursive work. The events are deliberately informal yet focused: each participant opens a folder from their computer, shares its contents, and enters into conversation with others. Folder was created to make space for this kind of exchange—outside of the academy and beyond the art world—where opportunities for critical and experimental dialogue are otherwise scarce. Each gathering is grounded in the sharing of work and ideas, with food and drink helping to create an atmosphere where conversation and community can take root. Events will mainly take place in either Seoul or Tokyo on an steady, but irregular basis. Please follow to stay connected!
